1. Define the project strategy

The first step in partnering with us is to define your requirements, whether they be linked to business & talent planning, growth, expansion, succession planning, D&I initiatives, talent diagnostics or talent acquisition resource challenges. We scope the most relevant project plan for you, also considering your timelines in budget. Hereby, we work with you to ensure all respective stakeholders are bought in and committed to the process.

2. Research, engagement & insight collation

We identify your target market via direct & systematic sourcing using multiple data sources and networks, initiate engagement conversations (open or confidential), in which we assess the target individuals against the questions of interest, and collate our insights. 

3. Analysis, review & planning

We analyse our findings and present these together with our recommendations. We work with you in order to determine the next steps, e.g. the onward strategy and process design. 

4. Onward management

We support the ongoing candidate management and engagement until an open requisition or handover to your internal talent team or hiring manager. If required, we carry out additional candidate assessment or refresh the candidate pool.

5. Hire & onward planning

In line with your specific needs, we manage the interview, offer, onboarding and referencing stages, as well as post-offer candidate care and further talent development planning.
