1. Establish search priorities and strategy

We sit down with you to outline your requirements, understand your culture, establish a timeline and confirm the search strategy. 

2. Identification and sourcing of relevant profiles

Following an analysis of your needs, we create a candidate specification, from which we undertake a talent mapping process to build a thorough longlist of relevant, high potential candidates. 

3. Detailed evaluation of candidates

We approach potential candidates, evaluating their interest in the role, their overall competency and their alignment with your company values and mission.

4. Shortlist of most qualified candidates

Following rigorous interviews, we develop a shortlist of those with the proven skills, attitude and interest in the role to be presented for client interviews. 

5. Offer and acceptance

Once you select your preferred candidate, we assist in any contract negotiations to ensure the offer is accepted. We conduct aftercare periodically after the placement is made, making sure the transition is smooth.
