Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching

Taking on a new role can be an overwhelming and isolating experience. Our onboarding programme offers executive coaching support to individuals at critical stages in their professional lives, enabling rapid integration and business success.

The role of the executive coach is to support and facilitate the client during significant leadership transition to examine and define the goals they wish to achieve, as well as developing and carrying out actions to deliver them. This process helps newly-hired leaders to understand the challenges they face and set the agenda for the first 90 days, harnessing their unique experience and strengths to maximise their business impact.

A coach's objectivity, confidentiality and external perspective allows them to explore sensitive issues and tailor the topics to the coachee's specific objectives. Possible topics may include:

  • Navigating the leadership transition
  • Priorities of new role
  • Alignment with key stakeholders
  • Team dynamics and alliances
  • Establishing direction and strategy for success
  • Securing early wins
  • Professional development learning goals

We listen to you.

We use a listening and question-based approach to create powerful, individualised executive development programmes that accelerate growth. Our coaches work to the highest professional and ethical standards, establishing clear boundaries and client trust to maximise results.

Testimonials

Fiona is skilled at asking, often surprising, questions that cut through the noise of day-to-day business and enable you to reflect meaningfully on your professional life. Working with her has helped me to make sense of my strengths and weaknesses, unlock my true career aspirations and chart a path to achieving them. It’s no exaggeration to say Fiona has had a transformational impact as my executive coach and is a pleasure to work with.

Client 1: Transition to Executive Role

I was immediately struck by Fiona’s wonderful energy and calm nature. Executive coaching is a subject area where, for a coach to be really effective, they need to be smart and well read, but also have a high EQ and be able to relate well to people. I can confidently say that Fiona has both in spades. Fiona’s kind, thoughtful and yet pragmatic manner really helped me to get to an actionable and practical solution that I was happy with. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Client 2: Executive Development

I found the experience of working with Fiona enormously positive, not only in helping me to identify, clarify and prioritise key developmental objectives but also in offering practical tools, techniques and suggestions to achieve them. I strongly believe that working with Fiona, with her flexible and objective approach and the right balance of support and challenge, had a positive impact both to my professional and personal life.

What makes Fiona a charismatic coach is her ability to get you to really think about your goals, recognise what you need to change to achieve those goals and create a pragmatic and actionable plan. Fiona was a phenomenal and active listener to what was being said as well as unsaid, and asked penetrating questions. She also gave me fantastic tips to achieve my objectives. Her coaching has been really both energising and rewarding.

Client 3: Leadership Role Enrichment

Fiona’s coaching was invaluable as I took up my first Director level role at a FTSE-100 company. The coaching sessions helped me find my own solutions in a manner that suited me during this important career transition for me.  The key to the effectiveness of the sessions was the professional, non-judgmental approach with which Fiona approached each session.

Their success also stemmed from the fact she always encouraged me to consider different perspectives of the same issue or challenge and, in so doing, helped me come to a more comprehensive and a better formulated plan of action.
